Anxiety is exhausting.

Maybe you’re constantly thinking about worst case scenarios. Maybe you have panic attacks in response to triggers you don’t understand or can’t control. Maybe you stopped going to parties to avoid strangers and small talk.

To get relief, you might seek a lot of reassurance from others or avoid whatever is triggering your anxiety. While these strategies might help in the short term, they don’t address the root cause of anxiety and won’t provide lasting relief. 

Over time, anxiety leaves people feeling out of control. It affects their sleep, their relationships, their quality of life, and their ability to manage life stress.
