I am so excited that you are here to embark on this journey with me!

This blog has been a long time coming, a wild ride. The reason why this blog is so important to me is because I have had anxiety for most of my life, often feeling something was “wrong” with me for many years, and it was either dismissed or minimized when I tried to make sense of it. When we don’t understand our emotional experience, it can lead to shame and silence. And anxiety can be invisible and go unnoticed for years before many of us get the right support.

This is the intention behind new mindset CBT.

There are so many of us who look well on the surface, but underneath is another story. For those of you who are feeling ashamed of your anxiety, or feel like you shouldn’t feel the way you do, you came to the right place. Whether you are looking for free psycho-educational content, e-courses, or individual therapy. My mission is to resource you with research-based skills and techniques to cope, and information to help you make sense of your anxiety.
